One Log House

Explore one of the most unique tiny homes in California. One Log House has been enchanting visitors of all ages since 1946, when it was built into a carved-out section of 2100-year-old redwood. It took eight months to hollow out space for the cozy room 7 feet tall and 32 feet long in the 4-ton piece of ancient redwood. Equipped with wheels, the One Log House toured the United States before settling down in Southern Humboldt near Richardson Grove in 1999.

Now a famous roadside attraction, One Log House features a cafe, espresso bar, gift shop, cannabis dispensary, picnic area, and restroom.
