We're going to have some fun in town for Hallowe'en!! The Southern Humboldt Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating on October 29 starting with its traditional Costume Contest at the Jacob Garber Square town clock, and ending with ghosts, goblins, witches and the like vying for treats.

Cash prizes for first, second and third place in four age groups: 0-4 years old, 5-9 years old, 10 and up, and family group. Signs up begin at 3 p.m.; judging starts at 3:30 p.m.
